Ground Cabling/Staking
We brace a tree by cabling or
staking it to anchors in the ground. We often use this form of cabling on
young trees to ensure upright
growth. Ground cabling may also be
used to right a leaning or wind
toppled tree.

We cross cable weak limbs to stronger limbs to prevent wind damage, limb tearing and trunk splitting during storms. Our staff has been trained to determine the best angles and anchor points to minimize the cables visibility.
